E-warranty Policy

Ovon warranty

  1. Scope of Warranty: The interior design and renovation services provided by OVON (“Provider”) are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of project completion, as specified in the project agreement.
  2. Warranty Coverage: During the warranty period, the Provider agrees to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any defects or deficiencies arising from the execution of the interior design and renovation services. This warranty covers only those issues directly related to the Provider’s work and does not extend to any damage caused by misuse, neglect, alterations made by the client, or acts of nature beyond the Provider’s control.
  3. Notification of Warranty Claims: In the event of a warranty claim, the client must notify the Provider in writing within seven (7) days of discovering the defect or deficiency. The written notice should include a detailed description of the issue, supporting documentation such as photographs if possible, and any other relevant information.
  4. Provider’s Obligations: Upon receiving a valid warranty claim, the Provider will promptly investigate the reported issue and, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective workmanship or materials. The Provider reserves the right to assess the validity of the claim and determine the appropriate course of action.
  5. Client’s Responsibilities: The client must grant the Provider reasonable access to the premises to inspect and perform any necessary repairs or replacements under the warranty. The client is responsible for ensuring that the Provider is promptly notified of any issues and provided with the opportunity to rectify them within a reasonable timeframe.
  6. Limitations: This warranty is limited to the specific interior design and renovation services provided by the Provider and does not cover any third-party products or materials used in the project. The Provider is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the warranty claim.
  7. Exclusions: The following circumstances are explicitly excluded from this warranty: a) Normal wear and tear of materials and finishes. b) Damage caused by improper maintenance or cleaning procedures. c) Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or alterations made by the client or any third party. d) Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or acts of nature. e) Any defects or deficiencies that were not reported within the specified notification period.
  8. Entire Agreement: This warranty clause constitutes the entire agreement between the client and the Provider regarding the warranty for interior design and renovation services, superseding any prior understandings or agreements, whether written or verbal.
